Clients

My clients include Lion Television/PBS, Scholastic, Holt McDougal, Glencoe/McGraw-Hill, Classroom, Inc., and Teachers & Writers Collaborative.

I’m currently finishing a year-long project with Lion TV developing HD Lab, an interactive game for middle schoolers. HD Lab is a web-based game based on History Detectives, the popular PBS television show.

I’m also the author of a number of YA books, including State of Emergency, scheduled for publication by Scholastic in 2012. I previously authored the YA nonfiction comic Forward 54th! The Story of the 54thMassachusetts Regiment (Scholastic, 2011) and Get Wired: 21 Jobs in Technology (Scholastic, 2010), a career resource book. I was also a contributing editor to the Harvey Award-nominated comics anthology Reading With Pictures.

As a Language Arts editor at Holt McDougal,  I created educational materials for middle and high school students. With my team, I compiled, wrote, and edited Holt Multicultural Readers, which won the 2007 Association of Educational Publishers Distinguished Achievement Award.

Here is my complete CV.
